Lead a complete re-design of an existing mobile app. Design goals were to expand marketing funnels and content offerings within the app by adding better tools for users for workout/program tracking and nutrition & meal planning tools, as well as general UX and stability improvements. Also designed flows for a premium subscription offering that included additional content and recipes. Other duties and deliverables included general brand design work like logo development and package re-design concepts.
